Offline Libraries like KOLIBRI, ENCARTA, BRITANNICA

Luweero Diocese secondary schools are in rural areas often with power problems and no Internet.

Because of this we install different Offline Libraries in our schools. Most used is ENCARTA, followed by KOLIBRI and BRITANNICA. All installations are free of costs and don’t need expensive data.
In KOLIBRI every school can create its own content and exchange with other schools.
